provision of immigration and/or citizenship services in accordance with the retainer signed by the client;
internal record keeping;
answering your questions, and/or providing you with information or materials you have asked to receive;
marketing research;
marketing our immigration and/or citizenship services to you by email or other means if you have subscribed to your mailing lists;
any purpose which is permitted or required by applicable law; and
to carry out any other purpose which is disclosed to you and to which you consent.
Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals allows certain authorized third party providers to track and store certain information about visitors to our websites (included domain names, IP addresses, and page views as described below).

This Privacy Policy is in effect as of February 12, 2023. Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals will from time to time review and revise its privacy practices and this Privacy Policy. In the event of any amendment, a notice will be posted on our website.
Your continued access to and/or use of our Website or provision of Personal Information to use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to this Privacy Policy, as revised. Refund Policy
As an immigration consultant business, Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals adheres to the guidelines set forth by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants(CICC). The following refund policy applies to our services:
Paid Consultation at Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals :
At Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals , we strive to provide a valuable and comprehensive paid consultation for our clients. However, please note that the paid consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the consultation or any subsequent services provided.
The paid consultation fee covers the time, expertise, and resources dedicated by our qualified immigration consultants to assess your immigration eligibility, provide guidance, and answer your questions during the consultation. Once the paid consultation fee is paid, it is considered earned and non-refundable.
We understand that circumstances may arise that may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the paid consultation. In such cases, Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals may, at its sole discretion, consider requests for rescheduling or credit towards future services, subject to availability and on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that any cancellation or rescheduling requests for the paid consultation must be made in writing to Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the paid consultation fee.
Application Fees or Government Fees: Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals charges a non-refundable fee for the initial assessment and processing of your immigration application. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with reviewing and submitting your application to the relevant immigration authorities. Once this fee is paid, it is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
Professional Fees: Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals may charge professional fees for our immigration consultation services, which are separate from the application fees. These fees cover the expertise and guidance provided by our qualified immigration consultants. If you choose to terminate our services before the completion of the agreed-upon scope of work, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the professional fees, based on the following conditions:
a. Withdrawal Before Services Rendered: If you decide to withdraw from our services before any work has been rendered, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion of the professional fees, after deducting any non-refundable fees or expenses incurred by Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals on your behalf.
b. Withdrawal After Services Rendered: If you decide to withdraw from our services after work has been rendered, the refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the extent of services rendered and expenses incurred by Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals .
Discretionary Refunds: Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds in exceptional circumstances where it is deemed fair and reasonable, or as required by applicable law or CICC regulations.
No Refunds for Government Fees or Expenses: Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals does not refund any government fees, expenses, or disbursements paid on your behalf, as these are non-refundable and determined by the relevant immigration authorities.
Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund as per this policy, Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals will process the refund in a timely manner, using the original method of payment, or as otherwise agreed upon. Refunds are subject to any applicable fees or deductions as per this policy or applicable law.
Amendments: Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, in compliance with CICC regulations or other legal requirements.
Please note that this refund policy is subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the engagement agreement or contract between Allway Canada Immigration and Appeals and the client, which may supersede this policy in case of any discrepancies.
